    I just want to talk about motivation on doing vlogs....

    what i find very hard to do is find motivation to keep doing vlogs based on the fact that i have roughly 70 subscribers but only average 20-30 views, which kinda makes me think that maybe my videos just arent interesting as they used to and people just dont watch my videos anymore.

    I dont know, maybe its just me. Just very demotivating at the moment.

    I need coffee... im gonna go make myself a coffee...

    That happens, and is sadly what most channels see.

    lets use an example of sxephil's channel...

    1,734,184 subscribers

    486,264 views on yesterdays video

    766,626 views on two days ago video...

    people do not always have access to watch videos on the day they are released, and in the case of a personal vlog, many will just skip onto the latest video, if they have missed any....

    also taking into account the amount of people that will only sub to people in the hope that they subscribe back...

    it seems pretty normal to me...

    what is important is that you get the 20-30 views on average, if you begin to see that slip, then the content needs to be adjusted (if you aim is solely to gain views ect)

    my videos are the other way round strangely. I hit minimum 50 views a video but I have only 10 subscribers. Maybe they just don't like what they see
